CG-031 Piston Grout Pump
The ChemGrout model CG031 is a skid mounted, piston grout pump. This unit features a 170 Litre holding hopper and the popular 3″ piston pump.
The holding hopper is connected directly to the suction of the pump for a continuous pumping operation.
The grout pump is a positive displacement, pulsating piston pump that will deliver 60 - 75 LPM, 550 PSI.
This system disassembles without any tools for a fast and efficient cleaning.
This pump is available powered by compressed air (requires 150 CFM, 100 PSI), hydraulic powered (requires 26 LPM, 1500 PSI of hydraulic oil), 15 HP electric hydraulic (several voltage options), 20 HP Honda gas engine or 18 HP Kubota diesel engine.
All components are easily accessible for operating, cleaning and maintenance.
