The ChemGrout CG-PG2L74 units are skid mounted Grout Pumps.
These Grout Pumps feature a 283-litre holding hopper and a size 7, open throat, Progressing Cavity Grout Pump.
Larger hoppers and suction hoses are available upon request.
The holding hopper is connected directly to the suction of the pump for a continuous pumping operation.
A Vibrating Screen sits above the hopper to vibrate the pea gravel (<9.5mm) mix out of the ready mix truck and catch oversize particles.
The grout pump is a 2 stage, size 7, variable speed, positive displacement, progressive cavity, rotor-stator pump that delivers 94 litres, 250 PSI (18 Bar).

- CG-PG2L74/H - Hydraulic powered Grout Pump, 3 stage, size 8.
- CG-PG2L74/EH - 30HP Electric/Hydraulic Powered Grout Pump, 3 stage, size 8.
- CG-PG2L74/DH - 44HP Diesel/Hydraulic Grout Pump, 3 stage, size 8.
NOTE: The hydraulic unit requires 76 litres per minute at 2500psi. The Electric motors require 25amps, 3 phase, multiple voltages available.
