The Resemin Raptor 7X electro-hydraulic production rig is ideal for medium to large mining sections, from 4m x 4m to 6m x 6m. Fully mechanised operation with the right amount of automation for reliable operation.
It incorporates a new model of hydraulic arm, designed for heavy duty workloads (Boom 7X), with subjection by means of a Worm Gear Rotation Unit that facilitates positioning.
It also includes a Series 9000 advance beam, with reinforced design, with hydraulic clamp and equipped with 4 "Stinger" stabilizers, to obtain excellent positioning and stability of the beam. The Raptor 7X is equipped with a Montabert HC112 Hydraulic Drifter with 30kW of impact power. The HC112 also offers reverse percussion (Back Hammering), to remove stuck bars.
The Raptor 7X offers drilling of up to 35m in length with diameters up to 102mm and reaming up to 152mm.
